The NYS Writers Institute publishes Trolley at least twice each year.
We accept unsolicited submissions (non-fiction, fiction, poetry) related to the changing theme of each issue.
No payment is offered for work published in Trolley, which is published online-only and offered free of charge.
Published work remains the property of the author.
